Shri K M Doongaji

He  holds bachelors’ degrees in economics and law from the University of Mumbai. He holds a diploma in Business Management and has varied experience of  over 40 years in project and corporate finance, legal, operations and corporate laws with erstwhile  ICICI Limited.  He has been associated with the Company since 1999 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Shareholders/ Investors Grievance Committee.
