He  is a Practicing Chartered Accountant having over 38 years of professional experience in the areas of financial consultancy, corporate structuring/ restructuring, foreign collaborations, business re-organizations, taxation, valuation, property matters, accounting, auditing, company law and FEMA.  He is also a Member of the Taxation Committee of the Indian Merchants’ Chamber.  He has been associated with the Company since 2002.
