Shri S N Chaturvedi

He  holds a bachelors’ degree with honours in technology.  He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a masters in business administration.  He has over 20 years of experience as a Practicing Chartered Accountant- as a partner of Messrs Chaturvedi & Company, Chartered Accountants.  He has varied experience of audit of banks, financial institutions, public sector units and many large companies.  He   also has valuable experience in monitoring/inspection/investigation of units/companies at the behest of banks/financial institutions/income-tax authorities/High Courts/Company Law authorities as well as inspection of mutual funds/ stock exchange brokers/plantation companies on behalf of SEBI. He has been associated with the Company since 2004.
